The thermoforming and stuffing of plastic materials are processes in which the material is shaped through exposure to high temperatures and controlled pressures.

Polimer Tecnic is specialized in manufacturing large parts in any size and shape. We can bend or mold pieces up to fifteen meters long and three meters wide. We have machinery and specialized thermoforming ovens to make complex pieces, of great magnitude and in great thicknesses.

In the thermoforming process, the material is heated on a mold that has the shape desired by the customer, when heated the thermoplastics soften and can be easily manipulated and deformed. Subsequently, by means of pressure, the necessary force is generated for the material to take the shape of the mold. After stabilizing the piece and lowering its temperature, it is ready for delivery and use. The pieces will undergo a subsequent stress relief treatment necessary to ensure their long-term durability.

We also have collaborations to carry out precision thermoforming work and a perfect finish in any of the materials: methacrylate, ABS, polycarbonate, PETG, in any of its thickness and color variants.
