THE BEST MATERIALS FOR DISPLAYS
A display or PLV is an advertising element where promotional messages are communicated and products can also be displayed at points of sale. Used in supermarkets, boutiques, department stores, fairs, hotels, perfumeries, beauty centers, opticians, travel agencies, etc. They are the best allies in the world of marketing, to highlight any product. For this reason, at Polimertecnic we would like to propose a list of best display materials that you can buy in our company.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED FOR DISPLAYS AND EXHIBITORS?
The most used plastic materials when making a display or POS are Foamed PVC, methacrylate and cellular polypropylene, but at Polimer Tecnic we have materials such as Vitprint or aluminum panels, which offer additional benefits. When deciding on the material to make a display, there are various factors to take into account, such as the graphic quality of the print, the resistance of the material in external conditions, easy handling, robustness, lightness, etc. Below we detail some recommendations.
FOAMED PVC FOR DISPLAYS
If the fundamental characteristic that we need for our display materials is a good print qualityOur Foamed PVC is the recommended material. Inside the PVC, the vitprint It has a great lightness, greater robustness and lower price, while the Vitprint HR, it can additionally be bent and provides greater chemical resistance on the surface.
ALUMINUM COMPOSITE FOR DISPLAYS
If in addition to a good printing surface, what we are looking for in our materials for displays and exhibitors is a material of high resistance and durability on the outside, vitbond, made with aluminum panels and a recycled polyethylene core, will be the most suitable material.
POLYPROPYLENE FOR DISPLAYS
The most economical alternative if we are looking for materials for displays and exhibitors is provided by the cellular polypropylene, although the printing is not of the highest quality.
If we look for a ecological material of great resistance, both indoors and outdoors and with the highest printing quality, we obtain it with alveolar polypropylene.
METHACRYLATE FOR DISPLAYS
Other types of displays or POS seek to reinforce a luxurious brand image or seek to stand out from the environment by incorporating light, and for this we recommend the recycled methacrylate vitroflex, both indoors and outdoors and may have improved resistance to perfumes.
OTHER PLASTIC MATERIALS FOR DISPLAYS EXHIBITORS
El recycled polycarbonate It is a good alternative when good behavior against fire is required. Another of the Polimer Tecnic materials with a high resistance to the exterior is glass deck, with an appearance similar to wood, it has a rustic and natural appearance, which makes it a suitable material for use in outdoor theme park displays, garden centers, playgrounds, etc.
